An application, waitlist signup, or community connection does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a response time, or access to a future product. FlowKing may restrict access to protect participants, the service, or the law.

Any product description, price, delivery method, and purchase-specific term shown at checkout forms part of the transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Do not complete a purchase unless the checkout accurately shows what you intend to buy.

The site, FlowKing name, written materials, designs, software, and original resources may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a page says otherwise, you may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create a competing copy of protected material without permission.

The site may link to or depend on third-party services. Their content, availability, security, and practices are controlled by those third parties. A link does not mean FlowKing guarantees or endorses every statement, product, or practice on the destination.

The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. FlowKing may change, pause, or discontinue a feature or future plan. To the extent permitted by law, FlowKing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
